HEY THERE!

HELLO! hope you are all well.....I'm doing great. work has been a nightmare to say the least BUT i am seeing the light ...a twinkle...and I am headed that way! :)

I have been wanting to work on my new Blog .. have not launched it yet, will be a little longer ... but soon.

I am currently working on my DT project for SAY IT WITH LETTERS...Deb challenged us this month ... Love it!
AND SHE IS HAVING A CONTEST! So check it out! ICE CREAM... if you love it...as I do...you will love the contest.

I am also busy with wrapping up TJ's ballgames. They finished in 1st place!  All the games were great! The kids have really come a long way! now we are in tournament phase and next week...after Monday...we are free!

I love it though so ...  i will miss it!

MY BIG NEWS FOR ME....I got this ...

a new camera! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW....LOVE IT! My hubby thinks I am crazy. But he is probably correct. :) hehe

My new blog will have my photos...its my photography blog. and I cannot show the photos from the wedding I assisted..because they are not MINE technically...so when Shannon shows them I will link you.

Maybe I will show you one.(or two) I loved it. SHHHH!

Here are a few photos I have been taking for practice. This il boy is at the games, he is a neighbor of ours. I would take a picture and he would say....I see...and when i showed him he would say ...ME! :) with all kinds of joy :) too cute!

Happy Thursday

I am surfing today. Figuratively. Of course. Although the real version sounds more fun.

I am not sure about all of you but Its harder for me to be on here in the summer weather. I wanna be outside. All the time.

Last nights game was into the 4th inning and it got called. Lightening.

Good call. :)

When we play the team again we will finish it out. They were winning....These kids are playing great.

I enjoy watching them grow every year. In talent. In attitude. All of it.

Tonight, if we have no more rain, we play at 6. Tomorrow at 6. Sat at 9:30.

Sheesh. That made me tired typing it. :) Guess I should treat TJ to some dippin dots after tonights game. He deserves a lil ice cream.

Nothing much else today from me....I may through the day change some of the things on my blog though. As I surf. And find new fun stuff :)

PS, Haley suggested a new blog...which I am considering. I have named it...if I decide to run with it.

It will called MY RIGHT EYE.

It will be my photo journey so to speak. I will let you know if I run with it. I think maybe that could be fun ... a good way to watch my photos develop over time. So we'll see :)

Lifes happenings

Hey everyone !

We have been blessed with great weekends lately and Travis and I have been working every single one of them in the yard. We are planning on a weekend off soon though. We need a weekend of rest and relaxation!

We should be closing (fingers crossed) next Friday.

Wish us luck on that one!

Then the next weekend I will be taking candid photos at the wedding in Newark. Friday we will be getting more lessons! I love that ...hands on lessons!

There is no better way to learn than hands on. But my brain was on overload the last lesson.

and of course I am worried...will I take good photos. Etc. We will be shooting everything in Raw. Which is lesson one. SHOOT EVERYTHING IN RAW! you can save mess ups better that way.

I am learning how to get to 18% gray.

Then the next weekend we will be planning a party at the house. Which is one of the top reasons I wanted a bigger house, with a big yard. Parties! :)

Of course that  means more work. Get the flowers and bushes planted. Stuff like that.

owell...hard work never killed anyone. Well maybe it has but I do not want to know!

At work we are chaging computer programs so the next few weeks will be a HUGE trans, I am not sure that I am ready but ready or not is too bad. :) Gotta deal. Nothing I can do about it. thankfully the kids are out of school and I can come in early.

TJ is in the middle of ball season. Tonight we play at 8 under the lights. Should be fun. THen we have games tomorrow, friday and sat.

They are doing great. 2 losses. Not too shabby!

I got my design team stuff yesterday! I will be playing with that this weekend. Love the stuff Deb sent me! They rock!

We have been ssoooo busy...loads to tell you all....but I could not wait.

I am taking my first wedding photos with a professional in June! I am so excited. I will be taking candids and things.

I cannot believe I have been off of here for so long

It seems like an eternity.

We have been going non-stop. When we hit the pillow , we are out like a light. These two months are always like that though. Between school wrapping up, two sports going on, 8th grade grad, a horse, a dog, and laundry...

you get my point.

Lately,  I have been traveling to the vet...Payton had surgery. he had a growth. it was removed. he reacted badly. I went back and forth daily. Horrible. luckily it did not cost me anything more ..unless you consider GAS! :)

Which these days...you consider gas.

He is getting better now.

Look at this pathetic thing. See the lil chew mark. Yea that was fun too!

Here are a few other things I have been up to...this is my design team work this month for

SAY IT WITH LETTERS...I love coffee and cocoa...so these were right up my alley!

My cousins asked me to take some photos for their mom for mother's day...so we snuck it one day during a family party, it was quick sneak so we were lucky to get a few shots...cool huh? Haley did it. She is good. No more donkey either... 

in regular life, TJ is undefeated in baseball...very cool. He is really coming into himself this year. a genuine lil ball player. the games are much more fun to watch. because they are really getting what you do!! :) and they have team work. Its fun.

now in soccer, he is having a fun time, but...lets just say we are glad he is winning in baseball. :)

Oh..and one more thing before I go...we have a contract. June closing date.

Things are looking good. Now if I can get back to my running...I will be thrilled. August is fast approaching and I have to be at 13.1 miles by then! this life stuff has to stop taking over all the time!

and did I mention the endless laundry :)

Today is my Sisters birthday! and May Day....

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. A family member that we love dearly has been diagnosed with cancer. Today they should be finding out if its in his liver and what course of action to take. The doctor left them with a dismill outlook. your prayers are greatly appreciated.

I feel terrible though if I do not say that today is my beloved sons birthday. He is 10!

I love you TJ!
